A huge thank you to Marmalade Trust for all their incredible work during Loneliness Awareness Week.

Anything that shines a light on loneliness and helps bring people together is so important. Every day, through the Chatty Café Scheme, we see first-hand the difference a simple conversation can make. A smile, a friendly hello, or a few minutes spent chatting can help someone feel seen, valued, and connected.

Sometimes the simplest ideas have the biggest impact.

So today, if you have the opportunity, start a conversation. Chat to a neighbour, someone in a café, a colleague, or a person waiting beside you. You never know what someone may be going through, and that small act of kindness could make all the difference to their day.

A conversation costs nothing, but its value can be priceless. 💛

🧺It’s National Picnic Day!🧺

The sun is set to be shining over the next week, so what better way to enjoy it then with a picnic? ☀️☀️☀️

Our Kids Lunch Bags are the perfect thing - with their choice of sandwich, 3x snacks, a drink and crisps, it’s a great lunch option for your little ones.

And of course, Toasties, Bagels and Jacket Potatoes are all available - to have in, or to takeaway and enjoy outside!

That is why DOSE Fest includes a wide mix of experiences across the day.

Movement sessions.
Creative workshops.
Talks and learning spaces.
Community connection.
Products and wellbeing services.

The goal is to help people explore what supports them personally.
