JOB VACANCY: (FULL-TIME)

​ We’re looking for a passionate Kitchen Manager to take charge of our kitchen and deliver great food
​Key Responsibilities:
• ​Day-to-day management and smooth running of the kitchen.
• ​Maintaining strict compliance with HACCP, food safety regulations, and kitchen hygiene standards.
• ​Stock control, ordering, waste management, and GP tracking.
• ​Food preparation and high-volume service delivery.
• ​Experience: Proven experience in kitchen management or as a Head/Sous Chef ready to step up.
• ​Compliance: Fully confident with HACCP system implementation, temperature logs, and all kitchen paperwork.
• ​Leadership: Strong communication skills and the ability to keep cool under pressure.
• ​working correctly to spec , delivery outstanding dishes
​What We Offer:
