Business update!
We would like to thank everybody who has visited us this year, from the regulars to those who have only just found us❤️
We wanted to give you a heads up where we are heading in the future, the business has grown and grown since we opened the doors over two years ago and at times, like last week it’s been a battle, we have been trying our hardest to provide the best Gelato we could and to provide the best service we can, and I think on the whole we have pretty much achieved what we set out to do, apart from a few times last week when I nearly fell asleep at the till. It can’t always be perfect but we try.
The people of Hoole, Chester and beyond are amazing and you are what keeps us going, on the 14 hour days and 100 plus hour weeks it’s your friendship and custom that make it worthwhile.
Many of you ask why we don’t have more staff etc and the answer is simple, the summers are short and the winters are long therefore we have to work within the confines of the money in the business therefore in the summer we have to put the hours in, it’s a way of life, and it’s hard when we are at full capacity, but again you make it worth while.
The Gelato will keep flowing with your support and we hope you carry on enjoying our little Gelateria in an amazing neighbourhood.
We will be donating hundreds of free Gelatos to our neighbouring schools like St martins. Maple grove and others over the coming weeks.
We are looking at ways of streamlining the business in the future and we will keep you updated as things happen.
The reason for this post is you are all part of our business and part of our lives.
