Project Cakery will not share any personal data
with anybody, this includes any pictures sent to Project Cakery unless the client allows usto do so. We will always ask for permission before sharing your product pictures or name. Returns:
There are no returns or refunds available unless the product is faulty before it enters the hands of the customer as once you have taken the product, you have accepted it as it is. If a product order needs to be cancelled, a full refund can be given when more than 2 weeks notice is given. If less than 2 weeks notice has been given, only 50% refund can be given due to allocated for designing and ingredients will have already been purchased. CAKES
I require at least 2 WEEKS notice for any celebration cakes but often I get booked up 1-2 months in advance so please enquire as early as you can. Late notice fees will be applied for cakes booked within 2 weeks (£5) and a rush order charge if ordered within 1 week (£10). Neither of these can be guaranteed. Your order will not be confirmed until at least the deposit (50%) is paid for, this will secure your required date. The customer can choose to pay in instalments or 1 full payment. This is via bank payment only, upfront. There will be no cash accepted and no payment on delivery. Images that you have provided can not be replicated identically due to copywrite but they will be used for inspiration only. Project Cakery will always use it's own unique style on every order created. No two cakes will be the same! This helps to make your cake custom and special to you. WEDDINGS
