And so it begins! England kick off their campaign this evening and we’ve got just the special for you!

It’s a Lamb Vindaloo, Tomato Salsa, Red Onions, Crispy Shallots & served with a Herb Yoghurt. It’s got a lovely warming spice to it, the Lamb makes it, then the yoghurt is perfect for a crust dip.

The warm weathers here, so we’re switching it up with the roasts. Something a bit lighter, and much more summery. Overnight Roast Sirloin, some of Roystan’s lovely Wedges, Panzanella Salad, and a fresh Coleslaw, rounded off with a cracking Bearnaise.
