Tuna Niçoise salad with green beans, potatoes, heritage tomato and olives with a ginger and soy dressing.

Porthilly oyster with lemon and shallot vinegar.

Grilled tiger prawns with heritage tomatoes and Nduja sauce.

Roasted cod with sweetcorn cream, fried artichokes, and fennel slaw with a black olive crumb.

Cider-battered haddock with chunky chips, minted mushy peas, and tartar sauce.

Grilled whole-market fish with a warm potato and green bean salad, drizzled with a shallot-and-caper dressing.

On the menu this month are:

Confit duck leg, fresh peas and broad beans, lardons and charred baby gem.

Featuring as a special.

Tuna Niçoise salad with green beans, potato, heritage tomato and olives with a ginger and soy dressing.

Such a well-liked special last month we’ve brought it back!

Grilled tiger prawns with heritage tomatoes and Nduja sauce.

Already a popular starter on our July menu here in the Cotswolds.

Roasted cod with sweetcorn cream, fried artichokes, fennel slaw with a black olive crumb.

Jesse Smith pork cutlet with fennel slaw, roast peach, bok choi and jus.

Locally reared meat, veg and fruit all on a plate! Yum!

Roast Guinea Fowl breast on a bed of freekeh with charred lettuce.

Appearing on the July menu due to its popularity as a special last month.

To all our polite customers, overnight guests and unbelievably unflappable staff team, a huge apology for having to cancel our Sunday at such short notice. However, in the end we just couldn’t operate safely or even partially without our water. No notice, nothing. Not a drop.

We understand that the whole area has been affected and hope that everyone is now safe and able to get back to normal as supplies return. Hopefully we managed to get hold of at least 100 of you who had booked after 2pm but apologies if we had to let you down on this, thankfully, rare occasion.

We have been assured that service is back to normal from tonight 😢🙏.
