The journey is nearly complete... and I never want to cut another piece of loglap again. 😂

We've got a few banquet tables on order and then we're done. 🙌

Thank you to everyone who sent in name ideas. There were some brilliant suggestions, but this was the one that stuck. I could instantly imagine someone saying, "Let's book The Canopy," and it tells you exactly what it is.

It felt right.

The Canopy at The Hive ❤️

It's already my favourite spot on site, and I can't wait to fill it with workshops, corporate events, celebrations, and, of course, plenty of customers.

🙏 Thank you to everyone who commented and helped us find a name for our new event space.

What started as a difficult decision became even harder after reading all of your suggestions! 🐝

There have been some genuinely brilliant ideas, with The Apiary proving especially popular and giving us plenty to think about.

After lots of discussion, we've narrowed it down to three favourites:

🌸 The Nectar Room
Sophisticated, elegant and a strong connection to The Hive.

🍯 The Honeycomb
A great bee connection, instantly recognisable and full of branding potential.

🌿 The Canopy
Simple, premium and perfectly reflects the unique structure of the space.

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to comment. We honestly didn't expect so many fantastic suggestions.

Now comes the hardest part... making the final decision! 🐝❤️

The "no name" event space is nearly finished. Just a little cladding left to do, then it needs dressing, tables, chairs and a few finishing touches 🙌
