Little Fodders Race Day is nearly here, and we're looking for a few more legends to help make it happen! 🙌

Without our brilliant volunteer marshal team, there simply isn't a race. ❤️

Some great advice here, please help us protect the forest we all love to ride and walk in.

🔥 Wildfire warning: Help protect Gloucestershire's countryside 🔥

With recent wildfire warnings in place, we're asking everyone to take extra care outdoors.
✅ Take litter home, especially glass bottles and jars
✅ Dispose of ci******es safely and never throw them from a vehicle
✅ Never leave BBQs or campfires unattended
✅ Follow local safety signs and restrictions

If you spot a wildfire:
📞 Call 999 immediately
📍 Give the location as accurately as possible
🚫 Never attempt to tackle the fire yourself

How are we here already?! The FINAL FOD Thursday of 2026 is nearly here… and we’re taking it right back to where it all began. 🔥

This Thursday we’re returning to Night Shift - our very first trail.

When we first launched this one, it was a proper greasy challenge thanks to the rain 🌧️… but now? It’s dry, dusty, fast and running absolutely mint.

❤️ We need a little favour from our riding community...

A few years ago, we made ourselves a promise: to help make the Forest of Dean one of the Top 5 places to ride in the UK.

That isn't just about selling bikes and burgers. It's about supporting the place we all love to ride.

☕ We donate 1% of all café takings to Dean Trail Volunteers, who work tirelessly to maintain and improve the trails.

🌲 We work closely with Forestry England to help keep the Forest thriving. The parking fees you pay don't come to us - they go to Forestry England and help fund trail projects like Old Bob and the revamp of Launchpad and GBU.

🚵 And perhaps the best bit? The trails are free for everyone to enjoy. Just park up, grab your bike, and go ride.

Right now, though... we're not feeling the love in the iBikeRide Trail of the Year 2026 voting. 😅 We've slipped down the leader board before it disappeared from public view!

Whether your little ripper is taking on their first race or chasing points in the series, it's always a brilliant day packed with riding, confidence-building, big smiles and plenty of encouragement.

🏁 Race 3 of 4 in the 2026 series
💙 Beginner/Intermediate course = blue trail level
❤️ Advanced course = red or rollable black (no big features!)
📅 Entries close 11:59pm on Thursday 16th July
📍 The race tracks will be revealed next week!

There’s nothing dodgy about these beauties… except the name! 😍🧁

Mary’s been busy baking up a batch of Jammy Dodger cupcakes, and they’re looking far too good to resist.

They’re available today until they’re gone (and we don’t think they’ll hang around for long!)

We reckon they pair perfectly with an iced coffee or a refreshing iced tea… but you’ll have to taste-test that for yourself! 😉
