INFUSE is the very first Tea Bar in Northern Ireland, with a a range of over 40 teas, including a good number our own artisan blends, you'll be sure to experience something truly unique. We are passionate about showing tea the love it deserves, particularly with brewing methods and standards; you'd be amazed at the difference water temperature and brew time make to both the taste and benefits of a

We've always believed there's more love than hate in the world. It just needs good people to show up and be counted.

MLK Jr said "In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends." This feels very poignant here.

This Wednesday, the people behind Building Communities Resource Centre aka BCRC are holding Anti-Hate Crime Forum. Which is a free signposting event at Coleraine Town Hall, 10 'til 12. Local organisations from across Northern Ireland all in one room, ready to offer information, support and guidance.

Anyone can come, there no booking needed.

We love working with BCRC, over Easter you helped us raise Β£500 for both them and a North West Migrants Forum.

The numbers around hate crimes here in Northern Ireland aren't good, last year racist hate crime in Northern Ireland hit its highest level in 20 years, and it wasn't only race that was impacted, sectarian and disability hate rose too (NISRA). This isn't a somewhere else problem. It's very much here problem.

A few months back I (Áine) was at one of BCRC's events around breaking the stigmas on violence against women & girls her in NI. The event was phenomenal, and not only did I leave better informed I think everyone in the room left feeling more hopeful. I expect this event to be in similar vein.

Sadly, we can't make Wednesday ourselves, but if you're free, go along and we'd love it if you could share this post or tag those who'd be interested in attending so that enough people can attend and show there is more love than hate here in our local area.

Sometimes s**t goes not quite right when you're trying to make all 5 of our new Summer Signature Drinks in one go.

The pressure was on to get it right and most of the time we won't show you these kind of 'mistakes' BUT in the age of AI we wanted you see a bit more of our human side, even if it means Áine giving up on some of her perfectionism along the way πŸ˜…

We're super proud of our Summer Signature Drinks, a lot of thought goes into creating them and each one is all about the different stages, layers and flavour.

We also LOVE how much you guys are raving about them, each one brings something different to cater for everyone. They can all be made vegan friendly too.

Bann in a Bubble, Siciliano, Peachy Keen, Elderflower Power and On the Whiterocks, all on the menu ✌️

Come find out which one's your favourite!

Quick FYI we're taking a few days off over the Twelfth and wanted to let yis know.

We'll be closed on Sunday & Monday, then Tuesday as normal, so we will be back from Wednesday 11am to 5pm.

It's typical small business style though, that we're not truly taking the entire time off as we're moving furniture (both our own and helping out within our community) but we are very much looking forward to a little bit of a slower pace and a chance to enjoy some of that weather. Duncan in particular is looking forward to pottering about his garden.

He's already been harvesting lots of raspberries lately, what do you think we should make with them? We'd love to know your thoughts 😁

Who's ready to cool down with our new Summer Signature Drinks?! β˜€οΈ

Not only is the customer favourite Bann in a Bubble back, we've got some pretty amazing iced drinks on the go that we reckon will satisfy everyone's taste buds.

Whether you're a Matcha Girly, or a newly found Hojicha fan, just need a refreshing iced tea, or an iced Americano that we think people will either love or hate, it's a banging line up.

Which one do you want to try first? Sure let us know in the comments πŸ‘‡

Also if you could share/repost and help us spread the word, it would mean a lot πŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ₯°

New Signature Drinks land this Saturday, this was our first test of the Siciliano.

It's an iced Americano with lemon syrup from and we fully expected to hate it (actually Duncan does) but oddly, Áine loves it.

The taste is bitter, sour with a hint of sweetness, it sounds like it shouldn't work and for some it won't.

But for others, it will be πŸ”₯

We expect the Siciliano to be our marmite drink of the summer. It hasn't launched yet, this and the rest of the Signature Drinks drop this Saturday πŸ—“οΈ

Let us know whether you think you'll love it or hate it πŸ‘‡
