Namploy is a Thai Streetfood vendor at Congleton Market Quarter; we are seeking an experienced kitchen assistant to join our team. No experience of Thai cooking is required as full training will be given, however it may be advantageous. You will assist with kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation, kitchen cleanliness and food hygeine procedures As this site is a kiosk, you may also help with service.
Duties
• Assist with daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s menu and standards.
• Manage inventory and maintain stock levels to minimise waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment..
• Foster a positive team atmosphere that encourages collaboration and creativity.
Skills
• Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and production.
• Excellent organisational skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• A solid understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
