We'd like to make a small announcement.
As many of you know, we are a small, family-run business with limited space and a small team. Every decision we make is based on years of experience and is designed to help us provide the smoothest and quickest service possible, especially during our busy breakfast hours.
🚫 WE DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO OUR BREAKFAST MENU. 🚫
This includes removing, swapping or replacing any items.
This policy is clearly stated on our breakfast menu before ordering.
We completely understand that everyone has different tastes. If you don't like tomatoes, beans or another item, you're welcome to leave it on the plate or simply choose a breakfast that better suits your preferences.
Unfortunately, we've recently had customers arguing with our staff and even calling them names because we don't make changes. We understand that not everyone will agree with our policy, but abusive behaviour towards our team is something we will never accept.
Our breakfast menu has been carefully created to keep our service fast, consistent and efficient during our busiest time of the day. Keeping the menu simple allows our small team to serve everyone as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality you expect from us.
Thank you to everyone who understands and supports the way we run our little bistro. We truly appreciate your kindness, respect and continued support.

We love cooking... but you probably already know that! 😂❤️
What we love even more is adding our own twist to classic dishes. Just look at this Welsh Rarebit – cooked to perfection, packed with flavour, and presented with a little M&J Bistro touch. 😍🧀🥓
We may not have a Michelin star... yet! 🌟 But we promise you'll always receive delicious homemade food, a warm welcome, and friendly service from our amazing team.

Look who's back... 😉❤️
For one day only, our team is complete again!
Today you'll see Pryce, Ash, Darcy and Mo all working together at M&J Bistro. Some of these amazing young people worked with us for years before moving on to new adventures, but they still come back to say hello—and even help out for a day.
Moments like this really touch my heart. Watching them grow into confident young adults reminds me that we must have done something right together. Seeing them return means more than they probably know.
We couldn't be prouder of every one of them, and they'll always be part of the M&J Bistro family. ❤️

Strawberry yeast buns are ready for tomorrow! 🍓 Freshly baked, soft, fluffy, and topped with buttery crumble... OMG, there was definitely too much sugar before bed, but I just couldn't resist! 🤭❤️
