Hi Everyone,
I will be cooking the ever popular LAMPRAIS 😋 for collection on FRIDAY 27th February....You can heat & eat them anytime over the weekend....1 packet is perfect for 1 person.....and are ideal for the freezer if you want to stock up for a rainy day.
Just heat, unwrap, eat, wrap & chuck......with only the cutlery to wash up....
Lamprais is a complex Sri Lankan dish consisting of stock-cooked Samba Rice, 3 meat curry (Chicken, Pork, and Beef), Wambatu Moju (Aubergine pickle), Seeni Sambol (onion relish), roasted Coconut Sambol with dried baby shrimps, Frikadeller meatball, Fried banana Curry, and a egg….All the ingredients are placed inside a banana leaf to create a parcel that is then baked in the oven.

Cost
Meat Lamprais = £18
Prawn Lamprais = £18
Veggie Lamprais = £15.......let me know when ordering if you want a Vegan option
The Lamprais parcel will be cold when you collect it from us in Cookham.
Please leave the Lamprais wrapped in its foil and simply place in a hot oven for 45 - 50 mins at 180 degrees (depending on your oven type) ….…
Collections for the Lamprais takeaway will be start from 17:00 on FRIDAY 27th February until 19:30....Please let me know your preferred pick up time when ordering and I will confirm or offer the closest alternative.........
Payment is by cash on collection or by bank transfer.
Collection only from Clomburr Cottage, High Street, Cookham…..Directly Opposite the Forge Motor Company
