Our meals didn’t taste like your standard diet food, they where all made and prepared from scratch with fresh ingredients, herbs and spices. No packet stuff or processed food just wholesome, healthy and most importantly tasty food. There’s no weekly menu. Pick your own meals and there’s even weekend meal deals available to help you keep on track!!

Well I don’t think I’ve done to bad with this one, although it’s left my leg all mottled and still really painful to touch but I’ll take that any day over what it’s felt like 😬😢

Antibiotics finished and done their job nicely. Just need it to fully scab over. I hope everyone else bites are doing better than they where 🤞
