We’ve had a great response, but there are still a few spaces left if your little one would like to join the fun!

Led by our amazing work experience helpers, children will help create the very first section of our Community Rock Snake, play with bubbles outside, food crafts, parent led nature trail, child’s food and more …

💭 The big question is… how long can we make it?

Bring your creativity, paint a rock, and watch our colourful snake grow!

☕ Bonus for the grown-ups: an adult drink is included, so you can relax with the children and get stuck in.

We’re excited to be hosting a special one-off children’s event at The Dandelion Coffee House!

📅 Thursday 2nd July�⏰ 10:00am – 12:00pm
Join us for a fun-filled morning of:�🐛 Caterpillar rock painting�🫧 Bubble play outside�🌿 Nature trail (parent led)
�🎨 Creative activities�🍽️ A lunch box for every child
Just £10 per child, which also includes any hot or cold drink for one accompanying adult! ☕🥤
It’s the perfect way to spend a summer morning making memories together.

☀️ FREE DRINKS FOR REFUSE & POSTAL WORKERS THIS WEEK ☀️

With temperatures soaring, we wanted to do something small to say a big thank you to the amazing refuse collectors and postal workers who keep going no matter the weather. ❤️

This week, we’re offering a FREE iced latte or cold drink to all refuse and postal workers. Just pop in and see us!

We’ve already had several of you through the doors this week, looking absolutely boiling hot after being out on your rounds. We hope a cold drink helps make your day that little bit better.

You’re also welcome to pop in and:
💧 Refill your water bottles
🚻 Use our toilets whenever you need

Thank you for everything you do for our community, especially during this heatwave. We appreciate you more than you know. ❤️

Due to the high temperatures forecast over the next few days, ‘Carers together’ who run the Carer Café at the Dandelion coffee house (25th June 2026) has been cancelled. We apologise for any inconvenience!
