Lovely colours for Eva's First Holy Communion cake a few weeks ago:

- 3 layer vanilla flavoured sponge with jam and swiss meringue buttercream filling

- decorations were all hand made flowers and cross from fondant

It's hard to believe that in a few weeks the children will finish school for the summer holidays☀️🌞⛱️, and the fun will start then.

As a thank you to the teachers, classroom assistants, Sunday school teachers etc, why not treat them to a wee box of personalised cupcakes or personalised treat box, for all their hard work during the year.

Last summer I had the honour of being asked to make Ashley & Jonathan's wedding cake:

3 tier cake, with 3 layers of sponge in each tier

- Bottom tier was salted carmel favour
- Middle tier was Raspberry and white chocolate flavour
- Top tier was chocolate flavour

- cake filling was swiss meringue buttercream
- cake covering was white fondant
- decorations were gold and white sugar pearls, edible gold leaf rim on each tier
- cake stand and cake topper were supplied by the bride & groom

Wishing the new Mr & Mrs Allen a long and happy future together and thank you for allowing me to make your wedding cake 😊
