Good morning!

It’s going to be another beautiful day!

We’ll be open from 10am for breakfast. Lunch service will be slightly shorter today with last orders being taken until 2pm. There will be some menu adjustments to try to limit the temperature in the kitchen. We’ll be closing at 2.30pm

We hope you are enjoying the glorious sunshine!

Thanks to everyone who has visited us today and enjoyed food in our beautiful Courtyard - it’s been a lovely busy day!

I wanted to let you know that as the temperature continues to rise, we may have to make some small adjustments to our menu to limit the amount of cooking we do in service. This is to try to keep our fantastic team as comfortable as possible - they’re working really hard in very, very warm conditions this week. If it gets too warm, we may need to adjust our opening hours and service times - we will keep you posted on social media and will update the blackboard outside the front door.

We’ll be closing early the next couple of days to avoid the very hottest parts of the day

Good news first - we’re open today serving up our delicious food and cakes

Bad news - we have a problem with our coffee machine and currently not able to make any coffees 😕

Experience in hospitality or other customer service environment
A passion for coffee - barista experience desirable although full training and support is available to the right candidate
A flexible, can do attitude
Great communication skills
Good sense of humour

This is a part-time position working Thursdays and Fridays 10.30-16.00 and Saturdays (on rotation) from 10.00 - 16.00. Please only get in touch if you can fulfil all of these hours
