🙏🙏 Hoping this weekend will be as good as last month 🙏🙏
Last month when we had Vegan and Gluten Free Buffet on the same weekend we had one of our best couple of days trading..... however this month seems more worrying... the last few buffets because of a lack of support we have had to switch to All you can eat a la carte... (which everyone has still loved) but is not sustainable..
If you have enjoyed our buffets in the past or having been thinking of trying one - this could be the time - also if you are thinking of going could you try and let us know in advance so we can plan and make the best evening possible

⭐️⭐️You spoke we listened⭐️⭐️
Late last week we were a little worried as there was not very many bookings for our Gluten Free Buffet. We put a couple of posts out telegraphing our concerns- the response from the GF community was wonderful.. it was a really successful night because lots of people shared and booked. Some regulars booked but mostly it was new customers (many travelling over an hour - which is humbling)- the feedback was great and we got a few lovely reviews.
However one of the comments that was repeated both on line and directly is that a lot of people want to come but cant because our event is only twice a month - and it has just never fitted in with their plans - so we have decided to do a buffet every week going forward - starting this Saturday.
This means we are starting from zero for the next Saturday ... bit risky so we are going to increase the number of dishes and reduce the price on our drinks by 30%. To make it a very special night.
Our chefs have some great ideas and will be publishing our menu very soon.. however it will be 100% home cooked and delicious and 100% safe .
Oh and you don't need to be Gluten Free its just bloody good food that happens to be 100% GF

We don't know what is happening?

After virtually selling out week after week our booking for our all you can eat buffets has fallen off a cliff...
We are particularly surprised at our Gluten Free Buffet which has had such great support and reviews....
There is so much work goes into each event by our chef and staff it is heart breaking to see it become unsustainable.
Please if you are thinking of going can please let us know and if not (but have enjoyed our events in the past) please share and highlight to anyone you might think would be interested.

That said we are thinking that maybe the solution is not to cancel unviable buffets but increase the number of buffets - we are thinking maybe every Saturday will be GF - so those that want to go but have made plans on the current dates don't have to wait weeks and weeks for the next event.

Love your feed back and thoughts... and obviously if you can make it tomorrow it would be a weight off our mind..
