One of our oldest designs, this is our infinite vanilla cake (as per its infinite choice of fillings and fruits you can choose).

My aim back when I started was to create an alternative to the Victoria sponge and make a light and airy vanilla cake with lots of fruit compote fillings and fresh fruit.

I owe the design of this cake to my background as a pastry chef in high end restaurants, plating and desserts design was always my forte. I think it shows 🤓
This is still one of our more beautiful cakes, simple, playful and most of all, delicious. It is light, fluffy, it has tang and crunch from our handmade meringues.

We love giving your cakes that luxury finish and a pop of colour but we hate overusing food colouring.

So what do we do? We use an airbrush to apply the thinest coat of colour to your cake so it has as little food colouring as possible.

This is a plain white cake. You would be surprised if we told you how much white food colouring we otherwise would need to create a crisp white buttercream. Just a fraction of this is needed when using an airbrush.

Why our cakes taste so good? Because when you cut a slice you get a fair share of tangy lemon cream, ample blueberry compote and light cream cheese frosting.

We don't just make sponge with icing.

We cook purees, we zest lemons, we prepare delicious Swiss meringue buttercream using real Madagaskan vanilla.
Our sponge? A Chiffon recipe with buttermilk and half butter half oil for a soft and succulent sponge in every bite.
Baking is a science and we are very well read, we love our craft and we only want to offer the best for your celebrations.

I believe that it is shame not to try our delicious cakes and desserts at least once in your lifetime. This is a big statement but I stand by it.
