Last time at the Elie Coffee Hatch, you lot absolutely wiped us out… so this week we’re coming prepared.

WE’RE HIRING – KITCHEN MANAGER / CHEF 🇬🇷🔥

We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager / Chef to lead the kitchen at Feta Street Food.

If you love fresh food, enjoy leading a small team, and want a role with a great work-life balance, we’d love to hear from you.

The role:
• Around 30 hours per week
• Fixed 4-day rota – off every Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
• from £15 per hour depending on experience (more on experience)
• Self-employed or PAYE considered
• Based in Ceres, Fife, with occasional weddings and events - driving license a bonus!
• Kitchen closes at 9pm – no late-night finishes

We’re looking for someone who can confidently run service, organise prep, lead a small team, and help maintain the high standards we’re known for.

Most importantly, we’re after someone who leads by example. No egos, no shouting—just a positive attitude, great communication, and a passion for producing quality food.

We’re on the look out for a team member to work this weekend with us at bowhouse!

Role - Server/Gyros wrapper
Duties - take orders, payment and assist with wrapping and building those gyros
Hours - 11-4:30pm (Saturday and Sunday)
Pay - £14p/h (£154 for having fun and eating all the Greek food!)

Can arrange transport/pay petrol etc if needed

Drop us a DM if you’re keen, experience customer facing nice, but not essential!
