🇪🇸 Canelones - The Catalan version of the famous Italian dish Cannelloni 🇮🇹

Introduced to Barcelona by Italian chefs in the late 1800's.
Our canelones are made with pork and beef mince, with tomato and rich creamy béchamel sauce both inside the pasta and baked on top.

👨‍🍳 This week two of our chefs spent time in Pyrgos kitchen on the island of Crete, learning how to make local dishes Goat Kokkinisto and Lamb Fasolakia.
Chef Agisilaos, who specialises in Cretan cuisine, taught them the traditional methods used to make these rarely seen mountain specialities.
🇬🇷 We are excited to bring them to Darlington and to your table for our Cretan special month in August 🐐
