Some things are made for summer. This menu is one of them.

Straight from our chef’s Especialidades del Verano, think smashed Ibérico pork carpaccio over grated tomato and shaved Parmesan, a refreshing salpicón de mariscos loaded with prawns, octopus, mussels and squid, and a beetroot carpaccio finished with feta, pistachio and sesame.
