📣 A small change to our booking policy 📣

To our wonderful customers,

After a lot of careful thought, we’ve made the difficult decision to introduce a £10 per person booking deposit for table reservations.

The deposit is fully redeemable against your bill on the day and is fully refundable with at least 24 hours’ notice if your plans change.

This isn’t something we’ve wanted to do. Unfortunately, we’ve had an increasing number of bookings that simply haven’t turned up. Every booking means we reserve a table, prepare fresh food and schedule staff accordingly. When guests don’t arrive, not only does it cost us money, but it also means we’ve potentially turned other customers away.

As a small, independent family-run pub, even a handful of no-shows can have a significant impact on our business. We hope you understand that this change has only been made after a great deal of consideration and is simply to help protect our little pub.

Thank you, as always, for your understanding and continued support. We really do appreciate every single one of you. ❤️
