Have you tried this classic American combination - bacon & maple syrup? Our smoked streaky bacon comes from our neighbours at Poulshot Lodge Farm Shop and goes perfectly with our freshly made fluffy waffles and pure maple syrup.

This week's coffee bean in The Beanery is Dusty Ape's El Zapote from Acatenango, Guatemala. This is their first geisha variety which is one of the most prized coffee varietals in the world & is produced on a 4th generation family farm.

Tasting notes of dark chocolate & black tea, with spicy notes. It goes beautifully with an award-winning Triple Chocolate Brookie on the side!
