1spice has an extensive menu of curry house classics, specialising in tandoori recipes. The kitchen at this accomplished Indian restaurant is known for its tastily marinated meats, korai dishes and some great specialities like the Bangladeshi favourite dil pasand gaggot – sweet freshwater fish marinated in herbs and spices, glazed in honey and served in a medium sauce.
