Sorry to all customers today at The Boho Coffee Bothy-technical failures with catering equipment and now card payments has caused us to give up on today! We had hoped for a busy evening-but it hasn’t played out that way today!

Instead the puppy will be pleased im back earlier than planned!

🇮🇳🪷Tandoor Chicken in Naan Bread 🪷🇮🇳

Marinated chicken breast, cooked over hot coals (the traditional way), served on peppery rocket leaves, with mango chutney, mint raita, coriander and crispy onions.

🍃 The vegetarian alternative uses grilling cheese (similar to Halloumi but less Mediterranean) using all the same flavours 🍃

From 11am on Saturday in our Garden Gazebo, near Tait’s Tomb (between Dollar and Tillicoultry).

Marinated Korean beef rump strips, cooked on a Korean style BBQ griddle, sesame slaw, gochujang mayo, Korean BBQ sauce, spring onion and toasted sesame seeds in our freshly baked panuozzo breads.

We’ve had some great feedback on this weeks theme “best one yet” and “A1, up there with your best”

The pork has a lovely smokey flavour and hint of maple, cooked for hours to get a deep flavour with our fresh breads!
