Our chef and owner, Giorgio, was born and raised in Sardinia, the second-largest island in the Mediterranean and one of Italy’s best-kept treasures. 🌊☀️

Growing up in Sardinia, food was always at the heart of family life. Fresh, simple ingredients, recipes passed down through generations, and meals shared around the table are traditions he still brings to VIVO today.

Every dish that leaves our kitchen is inspired by the passion and authenticity of Italian cooking, with the same love and care that Giorgio grew up with.
