This is Menu 1: The Punjabi “One More” Tradition — inspired by the belief that blessings should never end on a round number.
In Punjabi and Indian culture, we always add “one more” — a symbol of continuation, prosperity, and good fortune.

So we begin our new dining chapter with an 11-Course Punjabi Tasting Menu, celebrating the flavours of Majha, Malwa & Doaba — from Amritsar to Patiala.
