It is with a heavy heart that we are to announce the sudden permanent closure of Barrio Comida.

Last week to catch our spring lamb barbacoa taco!
Lamb shoulder slowly steamed with avocado leaves and spices overnight, nestled into one of our heirloom corn tortillas and topped with guacamole and salsa macha.

NEW MARGARITA 🚨
Forced Rhubarb Margarita!
We always look forward to the beginning of January to take advantage of some exceptional British and Italian produce such as this beautiful forced rhubarb grown by Robert Tomlinson in Yorkshire.
We cold extract the juice which is then acidulated with the help of citric acid. The pulp is slowly cooked into a sugar syrup to extract all the goodness and colour into a rhubarb gomme which is then mixed with the juice and a healthy helping of 100% agave silver tequila.
