Just a note to say we will be closed for a couple of evenings coming up while our chef has a rest and we change a couple of things. So join us this weekend for dinner!

Evenings we will be closed are as follows;
Fri 22nd & Sat 23rd May
Fri 29th & Sat 30th May
We will still be open during the day on these dates

We will be back with a fresh menu and new cocktails on 5th June 💫

Here are a few of our lunch options, served from 12 - 3 everyday using local ingredients as always!

Our courtyard is officially open for summer 🌞

Enjoy alfresco dining until September in our garden, we've put lots of work into making it a lovely space for you to enjoy coffee catch ups and outdoor brunch 🪴

Obviously weather depending! We will post on our story to let you know if the garden is open throughout the summer!

We've added a few new cold drinks to our menu for summer, keeping every supplier as local as possible 🌞

House iced tea - made in house using fresh fruit and tea leaves from

We now have a green smoothie and tropical, perfect for summer

We have changed out Folkington's juices so we now have a peach & a pear juice

Beers & cider - We now stock an IPA and a Pilsner from Beak Brewery in Lewes, we also stock Pilot from Ascension and our alcohol free option is a pale ale from Portslade

We are open all weekend but closed on Monday as usual.

Wow... what a fantastic first year at Skylark we have had! Thank you to everyone who has visited us whether it was brunch, coffee, cocktails, wine, dinner, lunch, sunday roast or a private event! We appreciate you all and we couldn't have done it without our amazing staff 💝

Your feedback has been absolutely amazing and we are overwhelmed with the support we have received from the local community, suppliers and everyone around us 🫂
