🚨IMPORTANT NOTICE – TAKING STRIDES SUMMER BALL EVENT CANCELLED
We have been made aware that tickets have been sold for an event advertised as taking place at Eastham Ferry Hotel on Saturday 4th July 2026.
We want to clarify the situation.
Eastham Ferry Hotel was initially in discussions/agreement with the organiser regarding this event. However, the organiser did not complete the required payment and final arrangements with the venue. After repeated lack of response, Eastham Ferry Hotel sent written notice cancelling the event.
As a result, this event will not be taking place at Eastham Ferry Hotel on Saturday 4th July.
Tickets for this event were not sold by Eastham Ferry Hotel, payments were not processed by Eastham Ferry Hotel, and Eastham Ferry Hotel has not received the ticket money. Therefore, we are unable to issue refunds for tickets purchased directly from the organiser or through any third-party payment method.
We are very sorry for anyone who has purchased tickets in good faith. If you have bought a ticket, please contact the organiser/payment provider directly and request a refund. You may also wish to report the matter to Report Fraud / Action Fraud. If you paid by debit or credit card, you can ask your bank if they’re able to refund your money.
If you have purchased a ticket, please email us proof of purchase at [email protected] so we can keep a record of affected customers and assist where possible.
Please do not attend Eastham Ferry Hotel on Saturday 4th July expecting this event to take place, as it has been cancelled.
