Another day, another batch of cookies ⚡️⚡️ these were a experiment of sorts. A cookie that would look like a cookie but taste like the best banana bread you have ever had. These ARE SO GOOD!

Soft,bananary,chewy, and crunchy with chocolate chip chunks ⚡️ finished off with a sprinkling of cornish sea salt! 🤤🤤best served with a cup of rooibos tea!

Hiiiiiiiiiii!!! ⚡⚡ Thought that since I have some new followers that I should introduce myself and explain the ethos behind Coco Nova 🌈

I am from South Africa, and I am Portuguese and have been in the UK for the past 6 years, and I absolutely love it here!

I love baking,cooking,rock and roll,tattoos and cats....just to name a few...oh and wine... most definitely wine and good tequila! 🤩🤩

I started Coco Nova because I wanted to offer other people what I had been searching for. I have PCOS and have always struggled to find a balance between being healthy,living my life, and trying to balance my hormones. I could never find anything out there for me that I could enjoy as a sweet treat 🧁

All my products are good for you in some way or another while still tasting amazing! I adore super foods and only use natural and organic produce 🌈 Hopefully this opens people's minds up to trying new things and new flavours that aren't always necessarily what's known as 'cake' . I will never use the words guilt free as I believe everyone deserves to enjoy whatever they want, without compromising on flavour.

Chocolate chip and flakey sea salt (toast) shaped cookies ⚡️

I love how baking is chemistry and all about correct quantities, and yet can be so affected by change in temperature!

Feast your eyes in these crunchy,chewy,toffee deep in flavour cookies that always come out like a big beautiful round moon, except this week,they are toast shaped 🤣🤷‍♀️

Hi everyone! I'm sorry for being m.i.a, but unfortunately I have some sad news to share. I have had to take a break from my baking and business due to a few factors. My mental health and well being first and foremost as well as clients not paying me on time, which has really set me back quite a bit.

I have gotten to a point where I need to focus on myself and find a way to fall back in love with baking too 💔💜
