This weeks cupcakes…
Anyone who knows me will know how much I loved making these cupcakes, especially the teletubbie tubby custard ones (I also put the Laa-Laa one in the photo) 🤣

-Homer Simpson doughnut: sprinkle sponge topped with vanilla sprinkle buttercream and a mini pink sprinkle doughnut
-Jellycat birthday cake: vanilla sponge filled with strawberry jam topped with a mini Jellycat birthday cake
-Strawberry shortcake: shortcake base, strawberry swirl sponge filled with strawberry cream, topped with strawberry buttercream
-Minion banana: banana sponge filled with caramel, topped with vanilla minion buttercream
-Tubby custard: pink custard sponge filled with pink, topped with strawberry custard buttercream and a teletubbie topper
-Cookie Monster: chocolate chip sponge filled with cookies and cream filling and blue Cookie Monster icing

-Pistachio cannoli: pistachio sponge filled with pistachio cream topped with pistachio buttercream and a mini cannoli
-Limoncello: lemon sponge filled with homemade limoncello curd topped with lemon buttercream
-Baci di dama: chocolate hazelnut sponge filled with Nutella topped with Nutella buttercream and a baci di dama biscuit
-Tiramisu: coffee sponge filled with coffee infused chocolate ganache topped with mascarpone buttercream
-Aperol: Orange sponge filled with blood orange Aperol jam topped with orange buttercream
-Biscotti: almond sponge topped with almond buttercream and a mini biscotti biscuit
