Panzerotto was born in Puglia around the 16th century, housewives used leftover bread dough, filled it with cheese and tomato, folded it into a half-moon and fried it.
A dish born of necessity. Perfected by generations.
In Bari, a "panzerottata" with family is a sacred tradition.

Few dishes capture the soul of Southern Italy like Parmigiana di Melanzane.
Aubergines, slow-cooked tomato passata, fresh basil, parmigiano, mozzarella all layered and baked until golden.

Born in the south of Italy, debated between Campania, Sicily and Puglia, but loved everywhere. Our Mini Parmigiana is a tribute to this timeless classic.
