From Cattle reared and bought directly from farms in the Scottish Borders, all our steaks are certified Scotch Beef and matured for a minimum of 35-days for extra depth of flavour and tenderness. From field to fork, we are confident our steaks are absolutely delicious.
CHOOSE YOUR STEAK.
8oz Scotch Sirloin Steak. In many ways this is the steak all-rounder, cut from the Sirloin section between the rib and fillet of the beast, our Scotch Sirloin is the leaner choice with a bold and beefy depth of flavour combined with a deliciously robust and meaty texture.
10oz Scotch Rump Steak. The rising star of the steak world where fat is a friend, the Scotch Rump steak is considered choice for the customer. Cut from the Rump end of striploin of the beast, the rich marbling of fat running through this steak and along one side make this a succulent combination of flavour, moisture and meatless.
8oz Scotch Fillet. Considered the most exclusive of steaks, this cut comes from the small end of the tenderloin,
and accounts for less than 1% of the entire beast. The tenderloin Fillet runs across the back of the steer, a relatively underused muscle, making this steak a very lean and delicate choice for the customer. It is lightly marbled and mild in flavor compared to other cuts, and is the best served rare to medium rare.
