We have come across a status being shared regarding an order that was delivered from our shop last night. I as the owner have messaged the customer early this morning (still awaiting a reply) once I found out what happened in the shop as management wasn't in last night. I have apologised and reassured the customer they will be given a refund due to the unfortunate issue..

Our worker panicked and didn't know what to say to the customer on the phone or by email when they messaged our page..

Mistakes happen, and there is no explanation for what happened last night. It simply shouldn't have happened. I've seen a few comments on the status myself that state some things that I haven't seen happen in the shop or have been reported to me. If there is any issues, I'd recommend customers to email the page stating they want to speak to management.
