Stephen Street Purslane is the epitome of rustic, casual fine dining. Run by head chef and owner Paul Gunning, Purslane serve a large variety of freshly prepared dishes, delivering an intense, high quality flavour with every mouthful in a relaxed environment. Paul's career has seen him work everywhere from London to Brittany via Australia and his CV includes stints at Gusto, The Balmoral. The Lowry in Manchester, La Garrigue and Dalhousie Castle.
