For Mario, our Sous Chef, it's the opportunity to help bring each menu to life. Every dish is thoughtfully crafted with the aim of delivering a "dream on a plate" - creating moments that are as memorable as they are delicious.

As part of our culinary team, Mario knows that many guests visit Colonnades to celebrate life's special occasions. From milestone birthdays to anniversaries and once-in-a-lifetime moments, he sees it as both a privilege and a responsibility to be part of those experiences.
