I always try to keep our beers and breweries as local as possible, but I’d heard so many great things about this one that I just had to get it in at the Rusty Seagull.

This fantastic IPA comes from North Wales brewery Polly’s and absolutely lives up to the hype. If you’re a fan of bold, flavour-packed IPAs, this one’s definitely worth trying. 🍻
