Having a subscription to jars of beans through the door would normally be a red flag for most people. But Katie made it work.✨

Queen of prep, never once phoned it in, and somehow always turned up at 100 percent even on the nights the rest of us weren’t quite there. Buck is going to feel a bit weird without her. A proper Katie shaped hole behind the bar.😭

Tonight is her last shift with us. Last spicy marg, last raid on the sweet chilli crisps, and one final round of being gloriously sassy to the regulars, who of course absolutely loved it.

West End loses her, Leith gets her. Not sure that’s entirely fair.

Good luck Katie, they are lucky to have you. We miss you already.💛
