Meet the Team!

If you’ve been to us before you’ll most likely recognise Sanjana as one of our wonderful waitresses who has recently been promoted to Supervisor!🎉

She has been at The Barley Mow throughout her eduction and is graduating from university this year with an English with Creative Writing degree!📝

She loves playing netball and reading when she’s not at work📖🏐

Her ideal meal would be our Pork Skewer to start, the Lamb Roulade for the main course and our favourite Pistachio Soufflé (but with strawberry ice cream 😉) 🍨

Our Pork Tomahawk is cooked to perfection, served with buttered spring greens, potato mousseline and a pork and marjoram jus, it’s a dish worth drooling over 🤤
