🍽️ Meet Jakub Szpreglewski

After more than 20 years working in hospitality and leading as a Head Chef in The Ponderosa Bar & Restaurant , Jakub returned to education at South West College to refresh his skills, explore new industry trends, and complete a journey he started years ago.

Balancing work, family life and study hasn't been easy, but the experience has reignited his passion for learning and opened the door to new opportunities.
