Weekdays 9am to 4.30pm
Weekends 8.30am - 5pm

Christmas Eve - 9am - 3pm
Christmas Day - Closed
Boxing Day 10am - 3pm
New Years Eve 9am - 3pm
New Years Day 11am- 4pm
Pop up for a nice walk and a bite to eat or a lovely snowman hot chocolate.

⚠️ Just a reminder that Haldon Forest Park - Forestry England is closed tomorrow and Tuesday (8th and 9th January) and therefore, we are too. See you on Wednesday.

📌 Reminder: FOREST CLOSURE



Haldon Forest Park will be closed to all visitors on 8-9 January 2024. This is so that we can carry out a small amount of tree felling around the edge of the car park. We never take the decision to close lightly but, on this occasion, it’s the only way we can work safely. Please don’t try to visit the forest on these dates as it could delay re-opening on Wednesday 10 January.



When the park reopens on 10 January, there will be diversions on all walking trails, and the Ridge Ride cycling trail.
Skills Area, Pump Loop and sandpit will be closed so we can finish working.
3km Running Route and 5km Challenge Running Route will also be closed.
All diversions and closures will be clearly signposted when you arrive.





We hope to re-open the trails and Skills Area on 13 January. The Pump Loop will remain closed for several weeks for ongoing work.

We are open from 11am to 5pm today and will be serving breakfast until 1pm. Come up and start 2024 with some fresh air and delicious food!
