Dear customers,
I received various complaints from customers about the restaurant on my WhatsApp , I would like to clarify that I had transferred ownership of the restaurant since February 2025, I am no longer the person who run the restaurant. The new owner has not registered for a new google account, hence the complaints has come straight to my whatsapp I can see the complaints have been made about uncooked chicken, unsanitary food, and illegal practices, including withholding wages from employees, deliberately informed customers that they accept cash only. I also have been told by third party that they do not hold valid license for selling alcohol, they also do not have building safety certificate, and employing illegal workers. I have already filed several other complaints with relevant departments. It's unbelievable that they disregard UK law and continue operating illegal.
I hope that anyone who have any further issue with the restaurant to file a complaint without delay.
