I got a bit carried away by the sunshine on Saturday and decided it was time to put the prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich back on again!

It’s super fresh and summery with its cherry tomato, basil and balsamic salad! 🥗 🥪

Even if it’s not spring/summer yet… we’re trying to manifest the sunshine back! ☀️
