Updated lesson prices for 2026! These had already been implemented for existing students and will not be changed again for another year☺️
All lessons are to be paid via bank transfer 1 week prior to the session.

❗️Polite notice❗️
Due to several last minute cancellations without payment over the last couple of weeks we have made the decision to introduce a new policy where payment for lessons must be made one week prior to the lesson itself. If a cancellation is made with more than 48hours to go until the ride, the funds can be moved to the next lesson or refunded however if cancelling with less than 48 hours to go, the lesson will be charged as normal and no refund given.

We are a small team here and the cost of running the yard is higher than ever, therefore when cancellations are made last minute and sessions are not filled or paid for it has a detrimental impact on the business and the whole team including the horses. We hope you all understand why this decision has been made.
We also ask that all sessions are now paid via bank transfer rather than cash unless agreed prior otherwise. Thank you

BEACH CAMP 🏕️ 🌊 18-20th July
Last couple of spaces available for beach camp! Three full days (2 nights) submersed in all things horsey with an unforgettable sunrise beach ride on the final morning! Also includes high quality photos and videos too! Food, drink and accommodation all fully provided £240pp

What an incredible first few weeks of beach rides we’ve had here at Filey Riding School 🌊 🌅
Our LAST dates for the year are now available to book and there’s only a few left so book fast to avoid disappointment!

Remaining dates:

-August 7th
-September 6th (advanced ride only for this date.)
-September 7th
-September 20th
-September 21st
-September 22nd

These will be the last set of beach ride dates available in 2026!

Advanced ride duration 2.5hours riders must be:
- Able to Walk, trot, canter and gallop confidently off the lead rein.
-Able to remain balanced in the saddle at all times.
-Riders must provide height, weight and recent riding videos upon booking.

£160

Beginner ride duration 1 hour:
-limited to two riders
-Walking and trotting on the lead at all times.

£90

Both rides include a continental breakfast on Filey Brigg overlooking the beautiful Filey bay 🌊

Minimum age is dependent on experience.
Maximum weight 12.5stone (riders may be weighed and if they exceed this limit will not be able to ride, this is a strict policy in line with our horses weight limits and welfare).

Introducing our first ever BEACH CAMP!
18th-20th July!
Join us for three days filled with everything horsey, from flatwork lessons, jump lessons and hacking to pony games and the most magical morning on the beach, complete with high quality photos and videos to commemorate this very special ride💛 🌊
What’s included:
🔹All riding and activities throughout camp
🔹All food and drinks throughout camp
🔹Photos and videos of each rider on the beach ride.

The minimum age recommended for this camp is 10 years+

Spaces are filling fast for the beach rides this season, September dates are still to come however our remaining available dates are listed below:

⭕️=Spaces Available (details for each date listed below).
Unmarked dates are still available.

When enquiring please list rider/riders heights and weights and also specify whether you are interested in a beginner/intermediate ride or an advanced ride.
