JOB VACANCY - Chef/Kitchen Assistant – Flexible/Multi-Site

An opportunity for a talented Chef/Kitchen Assistant to work full time for a small independent group of Pubs, Inns & Hotels in the Fordingbridge/Salisbury area. Likely to be based in Fordingbridge, but able and willing to act as a relief/floating Chef/Kitchen Assistant across our range of high-quality establishments, providing relief as and when needed for holiday, training or sickness cover.

Must be creative and able to maintain high standards of consistency and reliability, and be experienced enough to deal with different kitchens and teams – being a team-player is essential. Accommodation available. Access to pool car provided so driving license essential. All our establishments are strictly non-smoking.

Competitive salary based on role and experience.
