We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, reliable, professional Sous Chef to join our team here at Sinclair’s Kitchen Restaurant & Bar, just outside Forfar.

The position:
~ Assist with menu development of seasonal menus & specials
~ Preparation of fresh ingredients
~ Support the Head Chef with managing the kitchen & running service
~ Maintain a clean & organised kitchen in line with health & food safety standards
~ Ability to work in a fast paced busy commercial kitchen environment
~ Full time permanent position
~ Competitive salary dependant on experience

Previous commis / chef de partie chef experience in a commercial kitchen - min 3 years required
Must drive and have own vehicle given our out of town location
