Where are our Specials?

🤩 This weekends delights are perfect for summer....we recommend pairing either with a Pino Grigio or Orchard Pig Cider in this fine weather.

🤩 Chicken, Cheddar, Jalapeño Bon Bons. Served with dressed salad and Siracha Mayo dip

🤩 BBQ Maple Chargrilled Chicken Taco, with Orchard Pig Cider and Honey Slaw, finished with smoked Applewood Cheddar mayo.

When they are gone they are gone..........our extensive summer menu also available with many other options.

At The Stag we endeavor to meet customer needs but our staff are not mind readers regarding everyones tastes and when orders are made we prepare these orders and cook freshly to order.

Tonight we had a adult customer who thought that their grown child can just re-order items off the menu without paying for them due to child disliking initial order as not to their taste.

At end of meal the parent wasnt willing to pay for new meal or then wouldnt pay what was originally ordered.
Our staff member was then subjected to confrontational behaviour by the same adult embarrassing their family members also by looks of it.

Our Staff give excellent service and not here to be subjected to someones self righteous claims or threats.

Please can we ask parents who are visiting The Stag to know your childs tastes before ordering. and consult our staff who are more than willing to assist. Our chefs are also flexible to specific needs and tastes.

Our Bar and Restaurant however is still open as normal. Serving meals Mon to Thurs.
11pm till 2pm
4.30pm till 8pm

Fri to Sun
Serving meals all day from 12pm till 8pm.

We are also still taking bookings for Afternoon Teas. These can be booked during Restaurant Lunch and Evening times.⏰️

Our Weekend Specials this week...🤩

💜 Tempura Haddock Strips, served with a dressed salad and chilli lemon mayo dip. Perfect with a Pino Grigio

💜 Salt & Pepper Chicken Burger, with Honey chilli Slaw garlic,chilli & mint sauce. Served with BBQ Seasoned fries. Very nice with Orchard Pig Cider.

😊 Massive thanks to our many customers over the past 10 days 😊

We hope everyone enjoyed The Stag Hospitality watching the Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 matches with free pies🥧, pre match live music🎶, raffle🎟, World Cup Quiz🤔, best beer🍻 and great atmosphere🥰

Our Cafe and Restaurant as ever were ready to satisfy with refreshing cocktails🍹 and exceptional home made dishes🥧 along with Father's Day Specials.

🦌 Our Weekend Restaurant Specials were...
● Roast Rib of Beef
● Roast Gammon
● Smokey BBQ glazed chicken & chorizo skewers with BBQ seasoned fries , Apple wood cheddar coleslaw, garlic dip, chilli mint dip and dressed salad. Very nice it was also!

The delicious Cafe Strawberry Tarts 🍓 continue to be a favourite choice.
