A few people have asked if the beef on our carvery is the same as our steaks…

Well… yes and no! 😄

Our steaks are sirloin, ribeye and tomahawk, while our carvery is a beautiful topside joint—because different cuts are best suited to different jobs.

What is the same is the quality.

All our beef, pork and gammon come from our good friends at Perrys of Eccleshall along with all our meats we use, sourced from local British farms. We dry-age our steaks and joints in-house, and every carvery is cooked fresh for service.

So whether you’re enjoying a perfectly cooked steak or a plate piled high at the carvery, you can be sure you’re eating quality local meat from people we know and trust.

Because good food always starts with good ingredients… and we’ve got some cracking ones.
