Apparently... ice cream melts when it’s 30°C. Who knew? 🤷🏼♀️🍦
Look, we get it. It’s hot. We’re all a little bit sweaty, a little bit crispy, and perhaps not our best selves this week.
Meanwhile, behind the counter our teams have been battling:
Heatwaves
Fans that do absolutely nothing
Sensitive products
Queues out the door
And doing their absolute best to keep everyone supplied with a little chilled happiness.
Our ice cream is made to be creamy, scoopable and full of flavour - not frozen into a concrete block. Unfortunately, that does mean if you spend 20 minutes admiring the view before taking your first lick... the sun usually wins.
That said, if you’re ever genuinely unhappy with your purchase, please just speak to one of the team while you’re with us. We’ll always do our best to make things right.
